SAMPDORIA POINT is a trademark of Unione Calcio Sampdoria SpA di Genova (hereinafter for brevity U.C. SAMPDORIA), through which are promoted, distributed and exploited for commercial purposes the BRANDS OWNED by U.C. SAMPDORIA and the PRODUCTS related to them.

The U.C. SAMPDORIA, through brand SAMPDORIA POINT, owns the domain SAMPDORIAPOINT.COM and ALL DOMAINS attributable to it.

the company PICCI&CO SRL, based in Genoa via Casarea 107-109 r., VAT number 02355640992, registered with the Chamber of Commerce Genoa to R.E.A. 479928, is the OFFICIAL EXCLUSIVE DEALER of the brands SAMPDORIA POINT and SAMPDORIAPOINT.COM

The products on the site SAMPDORIAPOINT.COM are sold by the individual company PICCI&CO SRL (hereafter called SAMPDORIA POINT)

Products sold through the site SAMPDORIAPOINT.COM are OFFICIAL PRODUCTS of U.C. SAMPDORIA (produced by  Official Licensees), and are essentially products of technical clothing, leisure clothing, gadgets, personal accessories, publishing - products still inherent in the sport activity of UC Sampdoria.

The characteristics of the individual products and of the materials used in their manufacture are indicated in the web pages of reference


- Prices shown are inclusive of VAT;

- The application of VAT is based uponthe DESTINATION ADDRESS, regardless of the billing address

- For products being delivered within the European Union, the VAT stated on the invoice is 22%,;

- Any customs clearance costs and customs duties for exports to countries outside of the EU or "NON-EU countries" will be paid by the Consumer.


- The products are sold ex warehouse of Genoa via Caesarea 107 and 109 r.

- The products may be collected, subsequent to prior payment through the methods indicated on the site, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST, at our warehouse indicated above;

- If the customer requires the products to be sent to a different destination, SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY will be exhibited in the ORDER FORM.

Delivery costs can be verified before the final confirmation of the order and are included:

- Shipments within Italy (San Marino and Vatican City included) are made by BRT courier and have a FIXED COST of € 8.50.

- Deliveries in foreign country have a wider range depending on the destination country. We therefore suggest reviewing these details carefully at the point of order prior to payment;

- Products, entrusted by Sampdoria Point to a Primary National and International Courier, travel at total risk of the customer;

- customers will be able to track the shipment through the shipping tracking system from the order section of the site;

- You can not send products to PO BOXES.

- The average time of delivery varies from 5 to 10 working days in Italy, and from 7 to 30 working days for deliveries abroad.

- Any delay in the delivery, or any damage found in the products and recorded on the delivery note at the time of collection by the customer, will not be charged to SAMPDORIA POINT, but will be cause for compensation from the courier to which the SAMPDORIA POINT entrusted the shipping


To purchase OFFICIAL U.C. SAMPDORIA PRODUCTS, through the site SAMPDORIAPOINT.COM, the customer will have to perform some further operations, which in the essential parts are described below:

- First, the Consumer must be REGISTERED on the site; if the customer has not previously registered they will be able to REGISTER during purchase transactions;

- The customer must choose products and put them in the CART;

- Once the customer has finished shopping and adding items to the cart, they should "click" on the button PROCEED TO CHECKOUT from the cart or CASH for the prosecution;

- The customer will be able to enter the access details to the site, the billing and shipping information and edit them upon entering their username and password;

- Once the user details are confirmed the user can complete the DETAILS ORDER inserting any discount coupons, choosing the delivery method (courier or pick up at the store SAMPDORIA POINT of Genoa),the method of payment and then accepting the TERMS AND CONDITIONS;

- The customer will then be able to check the total cost inclusive of any shipping costs;

- Once the selection is made, the customer will be presented a summary of the order for verification. The customer has the opportunity to change all of the choices made previously, or to confirm the order data;

Once the customer has chosen a method of online payment (credit card, or Paypal XPay) the they will be redirected to the site where the operator will have to complete the purchase process.

After payment confirmation (in the case of online payment) or after confirmation of the order details in all other cases (cash, bank, etc.), the customer will be automatically redirected to a summary page of his order and a copy of the summary will also be sent to their registered email.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 days from the date receipt of goods, a written notice to the following address: PICCI&CO Sampdoria Point - Via Cesarea 107 R - 16121 Genova. Such notice may be sent by mail, e-mail ( or fax to +39 010/8602709.

The goods must also be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods[CM2] , together with the Returns Form duly completed, to the following address[CM3] :

The costs for the return shall be charged the customer includin customs duties/taxes where provided.

The essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return the products purchased in perfect state of preservation, unused, with original labels and provided the original packaging.

The returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing or labelling.

The risks during transport for the return of the products are fully charged to the customer.

The products that have been washed or damaged by detergents / additives, or products damaged by customer negligence will not be exchanged or refunded (ex .: ironing at too high a temperature, placing patches incorrectly on jerseys).

For technical reasons, the colour of products shown on this site may vary from the real colour: this variance does not give any right of replacement or refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: on products customized at the express request of the customer (eg .: products personalized with names and / or numbers, with initials, with the exception of damaged or defective products); on lingerie and costumes; on jerseys following the change of the shirt number of the player or his transfer to another team.


All products sold by SAMPDORIA POINT are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. To benefit from it, the customer should keep the invoice or the delivery note that he will receive with the products purchased.
